Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. By placing an order you confirm the information you give us is accurate and complete.
Products and descriptions
We publish the material, size, weight and origin of every item we sell, and we hold ourselves to it. If what arrives does not match what we published, we will replace it or refund you in full under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Product photographs are representative. Natural materials — rudraksha, wood, brass, stone — vary in grain, tone and finish between pieces. Colour may also appear differently on different screens. This variation is normal and is not a defect.
We make no claims about spiritual, astrological, medicinal or health outcomes. We sell physical goods and describe their physical properties. Nothing on this site should be read as a promise about wealth, health, career, marriage, or any other outcome.
Pricing and availability
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges are shown at checkout.
We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed when you place it.
Listing an item is an invitation to order, not a binding offer. We may decline or cancel any order — including after payment — if the item is out of stock, the price or description was published in error, we cannot verify your details, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.
We limit quantities per order or per customer where necessary.
Payment
We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, netbanking, and Cash on Delivery where available. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.
Shipping, returns and refunds
These are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, which form part of these terms.
Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to break any law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit malware, scrape or copy our content systematically, or interfere with the site's operation. We may suspend access for any of these.
Our content
All text, images, logos and design on this site belong to Anshul Sharma or are used with permission. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without our written consent.
Reviews and submissions
If you send us reviews, photographs, comments or suggestions, you give us permission to use, edit and publish them without payment. You confirm they are your own and not unlawful.
Liability
We provide this site and our products on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party site we link to.
Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions, or government action.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru.
