Anshul Sharma ("we", "us") operates 9uwjrz-1k.myshopify.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

When you place an order: your name, delivery address, email address, phone number, and order details.

When you pay: payments are processed by our payment gateway (Razorpay). Card and bank details are handled entirely by them and are never stored on our systems.

When you browse: your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

When you contact us or subscribe: your email address, phone number, and whatever you choose to tell us.

Why we collect it

  • To process, pack, ship and deliver your order
  • To send order confirmations, tracking links and delivery updates
  • To answer your questions and handle returns
  • To send marketing emails, but only if you have opted in
  • To detect and prevent fraud
  • To meet our legal and tax obligations

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary, and only with:

  • Courier partners — your name, address and phone number, so they can deliver
  • Payment gateway — to process your payment
  • Shopify — our e-commerce platform, which hosts this store
  • Email and analytics providers — Shopify Email and Google Analytics
  • Meta — where you have consented to cookies, for advertising measurement
  • Government authorities — where we are legally required to disclose

Some of these providers store data on servers outside India.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the store — including checkout — may then stop working.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as required under Indian tax and accounting law, currently eight years. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained for 26 months.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you
  • correct anything that is wrong
  • delete your information, where we are not required by law to keep it
  • stop sending you marketing emails

Security

We use HTTPS across the site and rely on Shopify's infrastructure and PCI-DSS compliant payment providers. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your information.

Children

This store is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be announced on this page.
